autonomy command reference

Auto-generated per-command reference, produced by make docs-cli-gen from the Cobra command definitions in cmd/autonomy/commands/.

The generated reference covers the full paid command tree. It is excluded from CE builds because the generated pages include paid-only command groups (audit, deploy, fleet, ha, rbac, etc.). CE command documentation is available in the autonomy reference page above.
