Pre-execution contract verification (ContractRefine)

Synopsis

Run and inspect ContractRefine pre-execution verification verdicts.

ContractRefine is the runtime layer that verifies a planned tool-call
sequence satisfies declarative contracts (provenance, rollback,
zone, attestation, decision-chain completeness) BEFORE execution.
Subcommands wrap the runtime's POST /v1/preflight and GET
/v1/preflight/{id} HTTP endpoints.

The runtime must have contract_refine.mode set to "advisory" or
"enforce" — see docs/config/contract-refine.md.

Options inherited from parent commands

--require-signed-manifest Refuse to start if the SHA256SUMS release manifest or its cosign signature is missing/invalid (Tier 2 binary-integrity check; default: build-time compile-in via -ldflags -X, build-hardened artifacts=true, all others=false)
