Manage the local telemetry WAL and OTLP export

Options inherited from parent commands

      --require-signed-manifest   Refuse to start if the SHA256SUMS release manifest or its cosign signature is missing/invalid (Tier 2 binary-integrity check; default: build-time compile-in via -ldflags -X, build-hardened artifacts=true, all others=false)

Subcommands

• autonomy telemetry bridge — Start an OTLP/HTTP → control-plane event bridge

• autonomy telemetry drain — Drain buffered events to an OTLP endpoint in priority order (errors first)

• autonomy telemetry export — Export all WAL events to a JSONL file

• autonomy telemetry flush — Flush buffered telemetry events to the OTLP collector (sequential order)

• autonomy telemetry sink — Start a demo OTLP HTTP sink that prints received payloads

• autonomy telemetry status — Show WAL status: total events, exported count, pending count
